AskDusha Terms and Conditions

Welcome to AskDusha! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access and use of the AskDusha online product (the "Product"). By accessing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. User Eligibility and Age Restrictions

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Product. You are also responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

2. Data Collection and Privacy

We collect the following user data:

We use third-party services:

• Google Analytics: Analyzes website traffic (anonymous data).
• Stripe: Processes payments securely. They inform us of payment confirmation.

3. In-App Purchases and Virtual Currency

The Product does not currently offer in-app purchases or virtual currency.

There are no chat or multiplayer features in the Product. We expect respectful and lawful behavior from all users.

5. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Logging in on more than 3 different devices (security purposes).
• Violating these Terms.

You will receive an email notification and a chance to respond before termination.

6. Intellectual Property and User Content

The questions and content within the Product are protected by copyright. You may not copy, distribute, or share them without our permission. The Product itself is also protected by intellectual property rights.

7. Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide the Product "as is" and make no warranties, express or implied, about its operation or functionality. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Product.

However, if the Product is unavailable for more than 24 hours, you may be entitled to a partial refund for that period.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and the United States of America. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Utah. You agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through informal negotiation before taking legal action.
